During the initial consultation we will evaluate your legal needs an goals, offer different ways how to address your issues and achieve your goals.
  • Before proceeding with any legal services, it’s important to first determine if you want to hire PLS and for what specific purposes. This involves evaluating your legal needs and goals, as well as considering the resources and expertise that PLS can offer to help achieve those objectives. Some factors to consider when deciding to retain a law firm may include their experience and reputation, the types of legal services, their availability and responsiveness, and their fees and payment structures.
  • If you decide to not retain our law firm, you will be equipped with knowledge and information about family law as it pertains specifically for you and tailored to your needs. You will be able to either continue your negotiations on your own having realistic expectations about a potential reasonable outcome.
