I worked with Evgeniy and Kim through a very acrimonious, protracted divorce, made even harder by opposing counsel’s unnecessary hostility. Evgeniy was the 4th lawyer I enlisted in the 13 years it took to finally resolve all outstanding issues in the settlement dispute. I found Evgeniy when my previous lawyer gave up their practice while we were preparing for trial and, despite an impending trial date and a voluminous file to become familiar with in such a short time frame, he took on the case.
Not only was he able to effectively negate the demand that I pay a life-altering amount over and above our previously agreed to payments, he successfully advocated that child support was properly owed to when our shared parenting arrangement shifted to full-time parenting time in my care.

Han Xie is amazing and she and her colleges are angels sent from heaven!!! She helped me within 24 hours with filling a emergency motion to return my son from the father that didn’t want to return the little guy, only 4 years old to me… from the begging of consultation she went right to the process of getting my son back! Han stayed at work after hours at work just to get the motion done and help me and my kid! 2 months prior to a ten day trial after my lawyer left me high and dry . I was completely doomed , mentally and financially bankrupt and about to lose my children . I found an angel... He took my case in blind and gave me some faith and an incredible fighting chance , My file was nothing short of a complete disaster. Everything was filed incorrectly. What a difference in experience from my past lawyer. Evginey is straight up and to the point. Doesn't waste your money or try to fight for things he knows is not going to be won. He will straight up tell you it is going to cost you more than its worth. A very efficient and reasonable lawyer. I wish I had him from the beginning. I would have saved sooooo much stress, time, and money. A senior lawyer that knows his stuff. I can be a bit excitable, especially when speaking of my past with experience with the ex. and he can zone me in and bring me back to what is needed and not get off track. Evginey has done more in 6 months than the other lawyer did in 1.5 years. He also doesn't put up with the bullying tactics from my exes lawyer. Highly recommend.

I want to leave a review for my lawyer Evgeniy Osipov. Before Eugene, I had four lawyers and my court case in the family court did not move at all for 5 years, and all my previous lawyers simply dragged out my case even more to get even more money from me. But Evgeniy is the only lawyer who really helped me. Eugene will really try to find a solution for you even in the situation which seems hopeless, and he is also an honest lawyer who will try to save your nerves and money so that you remain calm during the trial and do not have stress. Evgeniy was honest and realistic from the start, he was very clear about expectations and best/worst case scenarios. My issue was resolved efficiently and he even discouraged me from fighting needlessly which saved me a great deal of money which would have otherwise gone to him. The options for remote or in person meetings was very helpful, and much time was saved by using electronic secure file sharing. Lost one star for some initial communication issues that had me on edge but were eventually resolved, but I would definitely use PLS again.
